Be inspired at Handmade & Homegrown

1st-3rd  September 2017

Celebrate all things handmade and homegrown in the Garden of England this September.

Visitors to Hever Castle’s Handmade & Homegrown festival can get inspiration from a whole host of stalls selling gifts and crafts, sample food and drink from local producers as well as see demonstrations of basket weaving and wood carving.

The event also incorporates the popular annual Patchwork and Quilting Exhibition. Members of The Quilters’ Guild from across Kent, Surrey and Sussex will showcase their talents with an impressive display of patchwork quilts and wall hangings. They will also hold daily sewing demonstrations for children and adult beginners.

Find out which plants to grow in your garden and buy plants grown in the grounds of Hever Castle and other local nurseries.

Over 40 stalls will be exhibiting at the event including those selling candles, glassware, ceramics, jewellery, clothing, art, homewares, toys, books, cushions and toiletries.

And if you’re feeling inspired get your craft project started with the chance to buy knitting kits, quilting supplies and fabric.

Please call 01732 865224 or go to www.hevercastle.co.uk for more information and to book tickets!
